Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a CCTV systems planner and project coordinator in Kuala Lumpur. You will design surveillance layouts for hubs and warehouses, specify equipment, and oversee site assessments.

You will manage end-to-end CCTV installation projects with vendors and internal teams, monitor live feeds, perform preventive checks, and recommend upgrades.

Strong reading of drawings, English and Bahasa Malaysia, and willingness to travel to different hubs are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in CCTV surveillance design and installation
• Ability to read technical drawings and develop surveillance layouts
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written)
• Willing to travel to different hub

Responsibilities

• Plan and design CCTV surveillance systems for hubs, warehouses, and critical areas, including site assessments, layout creation, and equipment specifications.
• Manage end-to-end CCTV installation projects, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant execution.
• Monitor and maintain live surveillance systems, performing preventive checks, troubleshooting issues, and recommending upgrades when needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal security SOPs, legal requirements, and maintain accurate documentation for all surveillance assets and footage.
• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to maintain service quality, evaluate performance, and support procurement of suitable security solutions.
