Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for a CCTV systems planner and project coordinator to design and implement surveillance layouts for hubs and warehouses. You will assess sites, create layouts, specify equipment, and coordinate with vendors.

The role requires reading technical drawings, understanding IP cameras, NVRs and VMS, and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Willingness to travel between hubs is expected, and candidates with basic networking knowledge will have an advantage.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or fresh graduate
• Strong understanding of IP camera systems, NVRs and VMS platforms
• Ability to read technical drawings and develop surveillance layout plans
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
• Willing to travel to different hubs

Responsibilities

• Plan and design CCTV surveillance systems for hubs and warehouses, including site assessments, layout creation, and equipment specifications.
• Manage end-to-end CCTV installation projects, coordinating with vendors, contractors and internal teams.
• Monitor and maintain live surveillance systems, perform preventive checks and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal security SOPs, legal requirements, and documentation for surveillance assets and footage.
• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to maintain service quality and support procurement.

• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to maintain service quality, evaluate performance, and support procurement of suitable security solutions.
