Job summary

WANNER ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking a proactive engineer to support technical planning, scheduling, and site coordination for fire protection and M&E projects. You will provide technical solutions, attend meetings with clients and authorities, and help prepare reports and documentation.

The role requires the ability to travel to project sites, work independently, and manage multiple tasks while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical & Electrical Eng, Civil Eng, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.
• Experience in fire protection, M&E, construction, or project coordination is a plus.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical planning and project scheduling.
• Provide technical support and propose alternative solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor firestopping installation works.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare technical reports, project schedules, progress updates, and related documentation.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections, testing and commissioning, and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Review drawings, support submissions, and assist in tender/project documentation.
• Perform other project-related tasks as assigned.

Job description

Provide technical support and/or propose alternative technical solutions to meet customer’s requirements.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor firestoppinginstallation works.

Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Prepare technical reports, project schedules, progress updates, and related documentation.

Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and project timelines

Conduct site inspections, testing and commissioning, and assist in resolving technical issues.

Ensure all works comply with relevant regulations, safety requirements, industry standards, and company quality standards.

Review drawings, support technical submissions, and assist in tender/project documentation when required.

Perform any other project-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training will be provided).

Experience in fire protection, M&E, construction, or project coordination will be an added advantage.

Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Willing to travel to project sites when required.
