Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field relevant to engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in engineering, technical project coordination or manufacturing.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• CAD experience: SolidWorks/AutoCAD or similar.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and interpret engineering drawings, specs and project docs.
• Use CAD software to develop, modify and update drawings and 3D models.
• Provide technical support for product design, development and manufacturing.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Sales, Purchasing to meet technical requirements.
• Review customer requirements and prepare technical proposals, drawings and docs.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and propose engineering solutions.
• Monitor project progress and deliverables; ensure schedules are met.
• Conduct site visits to assess technical requirements and gather information.
• Perform on-site measurements and inspections to ensure compliance.

Job description

To support the Technical Department in engineering design, technical problem-solving, project execution and product development, ensuring that technical projects meet customer specifications, quality standards and delivery requirements.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and project documentation.

Use SolidWorks and other CAD software to develop, modify and update engineering drawings and 3D models.

Provide technical support for product design, engineering development and manufacturing activities.

Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Sales, Purchasing and other departments to ensure projects meet technical requirements.

Review customer requirements and prepare technical proposals, drawings and related documentation.

Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and recommend appropriate engineering solutions.

Monitor project progress, technical deliverables and completion schedules.

Conduct site visits to customer premises or project sites to assess technical requirements, inspect site conditions and gather information for engineering solutions.

Perform on-site measurements, technical inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Conduct technical assessments and support product testing, inspection and quality improvement activities.

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics or a related technical field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in engineering, technical project coordination or a manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD or other CAD software.

Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Able to understand technical concepts and translate requirements into practical engineering solutions.

Good communication, teamwork and organizational skills.

Willing to learn and work closely with the Technical and Production teams.
