Job summary

Salutary Avenue Manufacturing Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our team in Malaysia.

Fresh graduates will gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, with rotations across departments and exposure to engineering projects. You will assist in reading drawings, creating CAD models in SolidWorks, and supporting technical projects, daily operations, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics or related field.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and technical diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of SolidWorks or other CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical diagrams.
• Support engineering and production teams in technical projects and daily operations.
• Assist in creating and modifying 2D and 3D drawings using SolidWorks.
• Participate in product design, component development and process improvement activities.
• Support troubleshooting, technical analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality and other departments.
• Participate in structured training and departmental rotations to gain exposure to different business operations.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation and project progress updates.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.
