Job summary

GEO STRATEGIC (M) SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to drive civil and structural projects in Kerteh, Terengganu. You will manage scope, budgets, and schedules, while steering quality and safety through every phase.

You will collaborate with design and field teams, applying AutoCAD and Revit to deliver robust, practical engineering solutions. A strong track record in similar projects and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in Civil/Structural engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of civil/structural project experience.
• Proven track record managing complex projects to quality, time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of civil/structural projects.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Manage budgets, timelines and resources for cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and QA checks to resolve issues.
• Prepare detailed reports, technical documentation and progress updates.
• Collaborate with the team to provide innovative solutions and optimise outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations and safety protocols.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at GEO STRATEGIC (M) SDN BHD. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of our civil and structural engineering projects in Kerteh, Terengganu. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
• Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and standards applicable to the industry
