Senior Project Manager – Property Development

Job summary

AGB Land Sdn Bhd is seeking a Civil Project Coordinator to assist in planning, development, and coordination for new projects. You will liaise with architects, engineers, and QS, prepare management papers, and monitor progress from the developer’s perspective.

The role requires a bachelor or diploma in civil engineering, 3–8 years of relevant experience in property development, and strong on-site problem-solving and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor degree or diploma in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Strong liaison with authorities and consultants.
• Result-oriented with good analytical and on-site problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preliminary planning and development studies for new projects.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, QS and other consultants for new projects.
• Prepare presentations, project updates and management papers.
• Review programme, monitor progress and provide regular project progress updates.
• Monitor and coordinate day-to-day construction activities from the developer's perspective.
• Work closely with the Project QS to monitor cost, variations, claims and commitments.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical and construction issues.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitor authority-related requirements affecting construction progress.
• Prepare concise weekly and monthly project reports for management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
