Job summary

CODEMAX SDN BHD is seeking an Associate Project Delivery Consultant to help ensure client projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will work with experienced consultants across a variety of engagements from Malaysia HQ and gain strong project management and client-facing skills.

You will coordinate plans, timelines and resources, communicate with clients, and support project documentation and governance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, consulting, or delivery.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Mandarin communication with clients/vendors as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with project management software is a plus.

Job description

We are looking for an Associate Project Delivery Consultant to join our delivery team and help ensure client projects are executed on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their consulting career to develop strong project management and client-facing skills while working alongside experienced consultants on a variety of engagements.

Key responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of client projects from initiation through to closure

Assist in developing project plans, timelines and resource schedules

Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and elevate as needed

Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and project documentation for internal and client stakeholders as per project communication plan

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, design, QA) to ensure deliverables are on track

Support client communications, including scheduling meetings, following up on action items and enquiries

Execute project task to complete project deliverables/scopes according to project team standard execution flows

Host/lead project delivery events such as kick off meeting, training and project closure meeting

Assist senior consultants & project manager with client onboarding as required

Provide valuable insight, advise and consultation to client on matter relevant to project delivery

About you

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, consulting, or a related delivery role

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and stakeholders where required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management software is a plus

A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving ability

Comfortable working directly with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment
