Job summary

CODEMAX SDN BHD is seeking an Associate Project Delivery Consultant to help ensure client projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will work with experienced consultants across a variety of engagements from Malaysia HQ and gain strong project management and client-facing skills.

You will coordinate plans, timelines and resources, communicate with clients, and support project documentation and governance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, consulting, or delivery.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Mandarin communication with clients/vendors as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of client projects from initiation to closure.
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines and resource schedules.
• Track progress, identify risks, and elevate issues as needed.
• Prepare status reports, notes and documentation for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Support client communications and action item follow-ups.
• Execute tasks to complete project deliverables via standard execution flows.
• Host or lead project delivery events such as kickoffs and closures.
• Assist senior consultants & project managers with client onboarding and guidance.
• Provide insights and consultation relevant to project delivery.
