Gravitas in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Delivery Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver digital projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes and high-quality results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years' experience managing digital, software development or systems integration projects.
• Experience delivering websites, CMS, mobile applications or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com or similar tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects from initiation through deployment and post-launch support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Identify, manage and communicate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Consulting, UX/UI Design, Development, QA and Content.
• Manage project documentation, status reporting and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint ceremonies, workshops and client presentations where required.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning and project handover.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and reliable delivery.
• Understand client objectives and translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
• Manage client expectations, timelines and scope throughout project delivery.
• Support change requests, project estimations and Statements of Work (SOWs) where required.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements and support business growth.

About the Role

The Delivery Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering digital projects on time, within budget and to the expected quality standards. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, this role ensures smooth project execution, manages stakeholder expectations and supports successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
• Work closely with Consulting, UX/UI Design, Development, QA and Content teams to ensure deliverables are completed according to project requirements.
• Monitor project task progress and follow up on outstanding actions to keep projects on track.
• Escalate project risks, resource constraints and delivery issues to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Promote collaboration and adherence to established project management processes and delivery standards.
• Monitor project budgets, burn rates and resource utilisation.
• Ensure projects remain within contracted scope and elevate commercial risks where necessary.
• Support project forecasting, invoicing milestones and revenue tracking.
• Maintain accurate project information within project management systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery processes and project management practices.
