Job summary

Faculty Digital PTE LTD in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur (with teams in Batam, Indonesia) seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end client engagements from discovery through launch and handover.

You will coordinate distributed teams across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong, drive agile ceremonies, review estimates, and manage scope, budget, and risk for enterprise software implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects.
• Experience delivering enterprise software or digital platforms.
• Ability to review estimates and discuss architecture.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge for enterprise clients.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across countries/time zones.
• Excellent English, Chinese, or Cantonese communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of client engagements, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Run discovery and scoping sessions with client stakeholders and translate into delivery plans.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on status, escalations, and change requests.
• Coordinate distributed delivery teams across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong offices.
• Track dependencies and remove blockers so engineering teams can maintain momentum.
• Oversee quality, documentation, and handover through launch and ongoing support.
• Report progress, risks, and mitigation plans to internal leadership and client sponsors.

Theideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project deliveryexperience, with a strong background in enterprise software ordigital platform implementations. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical projects,preferably in a consultancy or systems integrator.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise software or digitalplatform implementations.
• Sufficient technical depth to review estimates, followarchitectural discussions, and identify delivery risk early.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, with the judgement toadapt it for enterprise clients.
• Experience managing project scope, budgets, and commercial changerequests.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools suchas Jira and Confluence.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across multiplecountries or time zones.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese, or Cantonese.
