Job summary

Scicom MSC Berhad is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead end-to-end project delivery from planning through post-implementation support. You will develop plans, manage resources, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in project management or related fields, hands-on Dynamics 365 and Copilot Studio experience, and strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or Enterprise Application Delivery.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Lead workshops, solution discussions, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Oversee implementation, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Manage project governance, reporting, risk, issue, and change management.
• Drive continuous process improvements and recommend technology solutions.
• Prepare BRDs, Functional Specifications, SOPs, process flows, and project documentation.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Copilot Studio implementations.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Read, Write and Speak).
