Job summary

Visi Lagenda Sdn Bhd in Johor is a construction company building custom homes on clients’ own land. We are growing and need a coordinator who can bridge between our clients, our drawings, and our site.

You will liaise with clients on house drawings, attend site visits, manage documentation, and coordinate revisions with the drafting team, ensuring progress and clear communication throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Construction background with site experience or related technical studies.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and convey plans clearly.
• Own transport with a valid driving licence for frequent site travel.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients on house drawings, collect requirements, and coordinate revisions with the drafting team.
• Attend site visits and advise on progress, buildability, and practical solutions.
• Manage defect coordination and coordinate with contractors to close issues.
• Arrange transport and delivery of materials to site.
• Maintain project documentation, site photos, and client updates.

We are a construction company specialising in bina rumah atas tanah sendiri — building custom homes on clients' own land across Johor. We are growing, and we need a coordinator who can be the bridge between our clients, our drawings, and our site.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Liaise with clients on house drawings — collect requirements, explain plans, and coordinate revisions with our drafting team
• Attend site visits with clients and advise on work progress, buildability, and practical solutions
• Manage defect coordination — log defects, arrange contractors, follow through to closing
• Arrange lorry and transport for material delivery to site
• Keep project documentation, site photos, and client updates organised and current

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Construction background is compulsory — site experience, technical studies, or contractor/developer work
• Able to read and understand architectural drawings
• Own transport and valid driving licence (frequent site travel)
• Comfortable dealing with clients face to face — patient, clear, and honest
• Organised. You will juggle several projects at once
• Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or equivalent site experience

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with residential/landed projects
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Google Sheets, or WhatsApp-based project coordination
• Local to Muar / Batu Pahat / Segamat area
