Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a construction site professional to supervise and coordinate projects from planning through execution. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field and at least 2 years of site experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in construction site supervision or site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and coordination.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Good organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication to liaise with contractors and consultants.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution, coordination, and timeline.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Identify potential delays or issues and recommend appropriate course of action.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Assist Project Manager with daily planning, procurement, material coordination, and resource planning.
