Job summary

WIKA INSTRUMENTATION (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Project Coordinator for Building & Civil Works on a 6-month contract. The role covers CCC documentation, coordination with PSP and consultants, and review of architectural drawings and records on-site.

The incumbent will monitor submissions, follow up on authority requirements, and prepare basic drawings using AutoCAD while maintaining meticulous project files for swift approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating CCC applications and local authority submissions.
• Review and compile architectural drawings, plans and forms.
• Liaise with PSP and consultants to resolve CCC requirements.
• Monitor submissions, approvals, inspections and outstanding authority needs.
• Prepare simple architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Maintain records of drawings, submissions and correspondence.

Project Coordinator-Building & Civil Works - 6 months contract

• Assist in coordinating and preparing documentation required for the CCC application and related local authority submissions.
• Review and compile architectural drawings, plans, forms, supporting documents and relevant records required for CCC purposes.
• Liaise and follow up with the appointed Submitting Person / Architect (PSP) and relevant consultants regarding outstanding CCC requirements.
• Assist in monitoring the status of submissions, approvals, inspections and outstanding authority requirements.
• Follow up on comments, amendments and additional documentation requested by the relevant authorities.
• Review existing architectural drawings and as-built information against the actual factory premises.
• Assist in identifying discrepancies between approved drawings and actual site conditions.
• Coordinate updates to drawings and documentation where required.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, submissions, approvals, correspondence, and project documents.
• Prepare simple architectural drawings, layouts or amendments using AutoCAD or other relevant drafting software where required.

C. Site & Project Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal departments to obtain the information and documents required for CCC.
• Assist in identifying outstanding architectural works or documentation that may affect the CCC process.
• Attend site meetings or coordination meetings when required.
• Provide regular progress updates to management.

D. Administrative & Project Support

• Maintain a clear checklist and tracker for all CCC-related requirements.
• Follow up proactively on outstanding documents, approvals and actions.
• Organize project files and ensure all relevant documentation is readily available.
• Perform other project-related architectural and coordination duties assigned by management.
