WIKA INSTRUMENTATION (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Project Coordinator for Building & Civil Works on a 6-month contract. The role covers CCC documentation, coordination with PSP and consultants, and review of architectural drawings and records on-site.

The incumbent will monitor submissions, follow up on authority requirements, and prepare basic drawings using AutoCAD while maintaining meticulous project files for swift approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating CCC applications and local authority submissions.
• Review and compile architectural drawings, plans and forms.
• Liaise with PSP and consultants to resolve CCC requirements.
• Monitor submissions, approvals, inspections and outstanding authority needs.
• Prepare simple architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Maintain records of drawings, submissions and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information and documents for CCC from contractors and internal teams.
• Attend site or coordination meetings when required.
• Provide regular progress updates to management.
• Organize project files and ensure documentation is readily available.
