Job summary

SPK Asas Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our Design & Architecture team in Penang. The role supports architectural projects, coordinating between architects, clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

You will bridge communication across design and construction phases, assist with design development, and help manage project documentation and approvals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related built environment discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience as Architectural Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design processes, building codes and construction standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

About the role

SPK Asas Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our Design & Architecture team in Penang. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our architectural projects and ensuring seamless coordination across all stages of design and construction. As Architectural Coordinator, you will be instrumental in bridging communication between architects, clients, contractors and other stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
