Job summary

Mason Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled professional to support project coordination in the Klang Valley. The role involves reviewing drawings, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining project documentation.

You will attend meetings, monitor site activities and ensure safety and quality compliance. Ideal candidates hold a diploma in architecture, building or civil engineering, are proficient in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and have at least 2 years’

Qualifications

• Diploma in architectural, building or civil engineering or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in building.
• Able to communicate with local staff and foreign workers.
• Possess own transport, within Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, schedules and scope of works of the contract.
• Request quotations from sub contractors and suppliers inclusive contract administration.
• Liaison with client, sub contractors, suppliers and local authorities for project execution.
• Attend project meetings and prepare minutes of meeting.
• Oversee site activities, safety and quality compliances.
• Record daily activities and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
