Job summary

Jora Malaysia requires a coordinator to drive sheet metal fabrication projects from order to delivery, ensuring schedules, production plans, and timelines are adhered to. The role involves close collaboration with customers, engineering, production, procurement and quality teams to review drawings, BOMs and specifications and to manage material flow and delivery status.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sheet metal fabrication projects from order confirmation to delivery.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, production plans, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with customers, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Quality.
• Review drawings, BOMs, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Follow up on material, production, subcontracting, and delivery status.
• Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle project changes, delays, technical issues, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering to resolve project issues.
• Monitor quality, and project performance.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure proper project documentation and revision control.
• Support continuous improvement and cost reduction activities.
