Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a site coordination assistant to liaise with DESIGN, RND, PRODUCTION, PROCUREMENT and QC to prepare work programs and ensure timely handover of sites in good condition.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and specialists to prepare shop drawings and detail drawings for approval, assist in preparing material sample boards and method statements, and support measurement, inspection and final installation activities on site.

Responsibilities

• To assist in coordinating with other departments (DESIGN, RND, PRODUCTION, PROCUREMENT, QC) to prepare work program.
• To assist in coordinating with clients/consultants/specialists to prepare shop drawings/detail drawings with approval.
• To assist in preparing a material sample board and method statement for every item for approval by clients.
• To assist HOD to monitor current site progress and ensure all the sites must be handover in good condition.
• To support the team to ensure all the setting out must be certified before the delivery & installation.
• Attend all site coordination meetings required by client and main-con.
• To assist on site measurement and inspection before installation and delivery
• To assist in reporting on site condition, prepare shop drawing and material sample for client approval.
• To assist in appointing installers to mobilize sites, coordinating with the client and main-con.
