Job summary

Perniagaan Yik Sing is seeking a Site Supervisor to monitor daily site activities and ensure the project remains on schedule. You will inspect sites, coordinate between workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and the office to maintain smooth execution.

The role requires documenting measurements, identifying issues, and coordinating prompt rectifications, with the ability to work independently under pressure and handle ad-hoc tasks. ISO project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities and construction progress to ensure work is carried out according to the project schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify any issues requiring immediate attention.
• Coordinate daily activities among site workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available before work commences.
• Facilitate effective communication between the site team and the office to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate project progress, technical matters, and site issues professionally.
• Ensure all measurements are accurate and properly documented.
• Identify construction or installation issues on site and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate rectification works to ensure defects are resolved promptly.
• Escalate technical issues to the Site Engineer or Project Engineer when necessary.
• Maintain proper records of site activities, work progress, variations, and client instructions.
• Involved with ISO Project Management and implement ISO in project department.
• Shall do ad-hoc task and ability to work independent and under pressure.
