Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a Project Coordinator to support daily project activities and ensure smooth execution across engineering, construction, and client interfaces.

You will assist Engineers and Managers, prepare reports and minutes, coordinate with clients, vendors and site teams, and help maintain records while travelling to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or Project Management.
• Experience in project coordination is preferred.
• Experience in Oil & Gas / Engineering / Construction is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and ensure smooth project execution.
