Job summary

Boid Global Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate and monitor project activities from preparation through completion in oil & gas, petrochemical, industrial, plant maintenance, and piping & structural works.

You will prepare schedules, manpower planning, equipment allocation and material requirements, and review technical documents. The role involves coordinating PTW activities with clients and site teams, ensuring adherence to schedules, specs, and HSE requirements, and

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field related discipline.
• Experience in planning, coordinating and monitoring project activities.
• Ability to prepare schedules, manpower planning, equipment allocation and material requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities from preparation through completion
• Prepare project schedules, manpower planning, equipment allocation and material requirements
• Prepare and review technical documents including Method Statements, JHA, ITP, MTO and service reports
• Coordinate PTW activities with clients, operations personnel and site teams
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, QA/QC personnel and site supervisors to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule, specs and HSE requirements
• Coordinate and support piping fabrication, installation, maintenance and rectification works
• Conduct site inspections and assist in resolving technical and site-related issues
• Coordinate inspection, testing and quality verification activities
• Prepare project progress reports, technical records and completion/handover documentation
