Job summary

Clover Technology Sdn Bhd in Kuching is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage client software projects, maintain delivery timelines, and clarify requirements before work begins. This is a non-coding coordination role supporting AI-assisted project histories.

You will work with AI tools, chase blockers, and keep clients and teams updated. A minimum of one year of experience and fluency in Mandarin and English are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in coordination, project, admin or client-facing work.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable following up with team members in a professional manner.
• Experience with software projects, tickets or UAT is a plus; coding experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep task boards and delivery timelines accurate across developers and QA.
• Clarify requirements with clients and confirm the team is ready before work starts.
• Chase blockers across teams and follow up within a working day.
• Write feature notes, risk logs, delivery notes and status updates for the team and clients.
• Run internal syncs: agendas, meeting notes and action items through to completion.
• Escalate risks early, with a suggested way forward.
• Support and coach Associate Project Coordinators.
• Produce clearer, more complete updates, notes and risk logs with AI tools, checking everything before it goes out.

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative team in Kuching. You will coordinate client software projects day to day: keeping task boards and timelines accurate, clarifying requirements before work starts, chasing blockers across teams, and keeping clients and the team updated.This is a coordination role and does not involve coding. We work with AI assistants and an AI knowledge base built on our project history, so less of your day goes on finding context and more on keeping projects moving.This opening is for candidates with at least one year of working experience. If you are a fresh graduate, apply to our Associate Project Coordinator opening instead.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing
• Experience with software projects, tickets or UAT is an advantage. No coding experience required
• Comfortable using AI tools in your daily work, with the judgement to check their output
