Clover Technology Sdn Bhd in Kuching is looking for an Associate Project Coordinator to help keep software projects on track. You will track tasks, maintain project docs, follow up with developers and QA, and keep clients updated on progress.

This is a learning role with training provided for fresh graduates or those with less than one year of experience. Mandarin and English fluency is required, and you will work with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to craft clear updates.

• Basic familiarity with technology is an advantage; no coding experience required.

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Project Coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative team in Kuching. You will help keep our software projects on track: tracking tasks, maintaining project documentation, following up with the team, and keeping clients updated on progress.This is a coordination role and does not involve coding. We work with AI assistants and an AI knowledge base built on our project history, so you get up to speed on the software side faster.This opening is for fresh graduates and candidates with less than one year of working experience. Training will be provided. If you have one year or more, apply to our Project Coordinator opening instead.

How you'll grow

Our coordination ladder runs from Associate Project Coordinator to Project Coordinator, Senior Project Coordinator and Project Manager, with three grades at each level. This is a learning grade: we teach you the software side, and promotion is based on your monthly KPI results over time, usually after at least a year in your grade.
