Truwater Cooling Towers Sdn Bhd, a Seagull Cooling Technologies Asia Pacific subsidiary, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support manufacturing and industrial projects in Malaysia. The role focuses on planning, coordinating across engineering, production, procurement and site teams, tracking milestones, managing budgets and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant working experience in project coordination or project management.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial projects is advantageous.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and project scheduling tools.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments, contractors, suppliers, and customers.

Responsabilités

• Prepare project schedules, timelines, and action plans.
• Coordinate project milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor progress against the approved schedule.
• Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, maintenance, warehouse, procurement, project management and installation teams.
• Arrange project meetings and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Communicate project requirements and updates to relevant departments.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final inspections.
