Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software such as AutoCAD or MS Project.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel to project sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, drawings, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate procurement activities and manage project resources efficiently.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of completed projects.
• Identify potential risks and recommend practical solutions to ensure project success.
• Provide technical support and maintain clear communication with team members and clients.
