Truwater Cooling Towers Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking an Administration Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate documentation for incoming and outgoing goods. The role supports stock monitoring, record-keeping, and collaboration with production and logistics teams.

The ideal candidate will have fresh graduates or individuals with basic computer skills, data-entry accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good data-entry accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience in warehouse administration or inventory systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Update inventory records in the ERP system or inventory management software.
• Record stock receipts, stock issues, transfers, and returns.
• Maintain accurate item codes, descriptions, quantities and storage locations.
• Monitor inventory balances and report discrepancies.
• Receive and verify delivery documents from suppliers and transporters.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to confirm received quantities.
• Prepare delivery orders and dispatch records for production lines or customers.
• Maintain and file purchase orders, delivery orders, GRNs, stock slips and returns forms.
• Assist in daily stock monitoring and periodic stock counts.
• Identify slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, or low-stock items and support reconciliation.
