• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring HVAC projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, quotations, purchase orders, work schedules, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks to support on-time project completion.
• Prepare project correspondence, meeting minutes, and site documentation.
• Track project costs, invoices, and payment records, and assist with budget monitoring.
• Coordinate site access, work permits, inspections, and project meetings.

About the role

HH TECH ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team in Seri Manjung, Perak. As a Project Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our engineering projects by coordinating and supporting the project management process. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career development within our growing organization.

Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring HVAC projects.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, quotations, purchase orders, work schedules, and progress reports.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks to support on-time project completion.

Prepare project correspondence, meeting minutes, and site documentation.

Track project costs, invoices, and payment records, and assist with budget monitoring.

Coordinate site access, work permits, inspections, and project meetings.

Maintain accurate filing systems for project records, drawings, technical documents, and correspondence.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments regarding project updates and documentation.

Support procurement activities by obtaining quotations, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring deliveries.

Assist in preparing project completion documents, handover files, and warranty documentation.

Perform other administrative and project-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

A recognized Diploma or Degree in Engineering field (Mechanical Engineering / Air conditioning, HVAC and equivalent discipline)

Have good communication skills

Minimum 1 year experience in technical
