HH TECH ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Project Assistant to join our Seri Manjung, Perak team. You will support planning, coordinating, and monitoring HVAC projects, while ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/HVAC), strong communication skills, and at least 1 year in a technical environment. A full-time on-site position with opportunities for career development is offered.

Qualifications

• A recognized Diploma or Degree in Engineering field (Mechanical Engineering / Air conditioning, HVAC and equivalent discipline)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring HVAC projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, quotations, purchase orders, work schedules, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks to support on-time project completion.
• Prepare project correspondence, meeting minutes, and site documentation.
• Track project costs, invoices, and payment records, and assist with budget monitoring.
• Coordinate site access, work permits, inspections, and project meetings.
