Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree or Master’s in Architecture, recognised for LAM Part II.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 3–5 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD / Revit; SketchUp / 3ds Max.
• Proficient in rendering software such as Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray / D5; Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign is advantageous.

• Assist in architectural design development, submissions, and documentation
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D modelling, and high-quality renderings
• Produce presentation materials, including perspectives and visual boards
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Support authority submissions, where applicable
• Participate in site visits and coordination meetings
• Ensure drawings and designs comply with local authority requirements and standards

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in architectural design development, submissions, and documentation

Prepare 2D drawings, 3D modelling, and high-quality renderings

Produce presentation materials, including perspectives and visual boards

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams

Support authority submissions, where applicable

Participate in site visits and coordination meetings

Ensure drawings and designs comply with local authority requirements and standards

Requirements:

Must have own transport

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Added Advantage:

Experience in 3D visualisation and rendering

Knowledge of authority submission processes, including BOMBA and other relevant authorities

Familiarity with Malaysian building by-laws, including UBBL
