Job summary

Rekajati Architect is seeking an architect/designer responsible for design, drawing preparation, authority submissions, tender/construction drawings, site inspections, and meetings with clients. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM (Revit) as an advantage, with a strong understanding of local authority and statutory requirements.

Fresh grads are encouraged to apply. The candidate should be self-motivated, independent, creative, cheerful, and have own transport.

Qualifications

• LAM Part 1 or Part 2 qualification is required or equivalent.
• 1–5 years' experience; fresh grads encouraged.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and computer literacy for architectural work.
• Understanding of local authority & statutory requirements.
• Able to work with BIM (Revit) is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, independent, creative & cheerful.
• Own transport required.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia if required.
