What you'll be doing?
- Architectural Drawing & Design: Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, models, and presentations that bring design concepts to life across a range of projects.
- Research & Site Analysis: Conduct site visits, research, and analytical work that informs and strengthens the design process from concept through to completion.
- Collaborative Design Development: Work closely with the wider design team to develop, refine, and elevate architectural concepts in a team-oriented environment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support the team in ensuring all work adheres to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards to deliver safe and compliant outcomes.
- Material Research & Sourcing: Research and identify suitable materials and products for building projects, contributing to informed and considered design decisions.
- Project Support & Coordination: Provide practical support across the various stages of the design and construction process, helping the team deliver projects smoothly and to a high standard.
Who are they looking for?
- Architectural Qualification: A degree in Architecture or attainment of LAM Part I or Part II qualification forms the foundation for this role.
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an architectural or design-related role is preferred, though candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
- Software Proficiency: Competency in AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software will be highly regarded in this role.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work and a personal commitment to producing outputs of the highest quality.
