LSA ARCHITECTS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Graduate Architect / Project Architect to join the team on a full-time basis in Malaysia. The role involves producing drawings, models and presentations while engaging in site analysis and collaborative design development.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Architecture (LAM Part I/II) and has 2+ years of experience; proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, SketchUp and Photoshop is highly regarded. A strong team player with attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in Architecture or LAM Part I/II.
• 2+ years of experience preferred in architectural/design roles; entrants welcome.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop or similar design software.

What you'll be doing?

• Architectural Drawing & Design: Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, models, and presentations that bring design concepts to life across a range of projects.
• Research & Site Analysis: Conduct site visits, research, and analytical work that informs and strengthens the design process from concept through to completion.
• Collaborative Design Development: Work closely with the wider design team to develop, refine, and elevate architectural concepts in a team-oriented environment.
• Regulatory Compliance: Support the team in ensuring all work adheres to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards to deliver safe and compliant outcomes.
• Material Research & Sourcing: Research and identify suitable materials and products for building projects, contributing to informed and considered design decisions.
• Project Support & Coordination: Provide practical support across the various stages of the design and construction process, helping the team deliver projects smoothly and to a high standard.

Who are they looking for?

• Architectural Qualification: A degree in Architecture or attainment of LAM Part I or Part II qualification forms the foundation for this role.
• Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an architectural or design-related role is preferred, though candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
