Job summary

Marzuki Mahadi Architect in Malaysia is seeking a passionate and motivated Part II Architect with at least two years of experience to join our expanding team. The role focuses on design development, technical documentation, and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong design sense and passion for architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, D5 Render, Enscape.
• Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Familiar with Malaysian authority submission and construction processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and deadline-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Marzuki Mahadi Architect is looking for a passionate and motivated Part II Architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our expanding team.

As an established architectural practice with a reputation for quality design and professional excellence, we provide a platform for architects to develop their design thinking, technical capabilities, and project leadership through meaningful project exposure.

What You’ll Do

Design & Project Development

Develop architectural concepts based on project requirements and client briefs.

Prepare architectural drawings, design presentations, 3D models, and visual materials.

Participate in design discussions, client presentations, and project coordination.

Technical Documentation & Authority Submission

Prepare submission drawings, technical documentation, and related documents.

Coordinate with consultants and relevant authorities throughout the submission process.

Ensure compliance with building regulations, guidelines, and project requirements.

Assist in preparing tender documentation, specifications, and construction drawings.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams throughout project stages.

Attend site meetings, monitor construction progress, and assist in resolving design and technical issues.

Project Coordination

Manage assigned project tasks and deliverables within agreed timelines.

Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Support the project team in achieving quality outcomes and successful project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Master / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural experience.

Strong design sense and passion for architecture.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, D5 Render, Enscape

Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.

Familiar with Malaysian authority submission and construction processes.

Good communication and coordination skills.
