Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a project management professional to support the Project Manager in tracking progress, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. The role involves liaising with team members, clients, and local authorities to maintain adherence to the project plan.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or higher in management, have at least 1 year of project management experience, and be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in management or related field.

• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Manager on project progress and monitoring.

• Ensure immediate invoicing on every closed project.
• Update project tracking (offline and online) regularly.
• Present project progress and tracking to Project Manager.
• Manage time, resources, and project budget.
• Assist team members as needed.
• Provide weekly reports to Project Manager.

• Keep track of project deadlines and workflow.
• Managing scheduled meeting with clients and other related appointment.
• Ensure of immediate invoicing on every closed project.
• To update project tracking (offline and online) regularly.
• Presentation of project progress and tracking to Project Manager.
• Manage time, approachability, resources, and project budget.
• Assist team member whenever necessary.
• Providing weekly report to Project Manager every week.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Management or any other discipline.
• Min 1 years of working experience in Project Management. (architecture/engineering background/geomatic background)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Committed, independent, good organization skills and highly disciplined person.
• Sharp and highly focused, with good interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must be willing to travel.
• Work collaboratively with minimal supervision while managing aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities, including customer-specific requirements for each project.
