Job summary

Faithview Group, a property developer based in Malacca, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support construction projects. The role focuses on reporting, documentation management, and cross-department coordination to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include liaising with authorities, consultants, and contractors, visiting sites, and maintaining accurate records. Full-time position with willingness to travel and outstation visits as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or any equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in property development or working within a developer environment.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly report all site activities to the Project Director/Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager.
• Communicate and cooperate closely with the Project Director/Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle the documentation process, including establishing and maintaining project records.
• Ensure timely follow-up on incoming documents and drawings.
• Distribute the documents to the relevant personnel or departments and maintain proper records and filing systems.
• Liaise with authorities and consultants for approvals or renewals within time frames; track outstanding items.
• Update and maintain tracking lists for unresolved issues; follow up until resolved.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure construction works meet specifications and timelines.
• Work closely with internal departments to address project issues; ensure cross-department collaboration.
• Visit the site to monitor progress and oversee site activities.
• Perform any other tasks as required by the Project Manager to support project delivery.
