Job summary

ICHOR Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage customer expectations and provide excellent support to achieve top customer satisfaction.

The role requires prior experience in program management and team management, with a bachelor’s degree as a baseline. You will establish strategic customer relationships, support day-to-day operations and shipments, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on project management, product reviews, and operational setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
• 3 to 5 years in Program Management and Planning.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in MRP, Oracle, and Agile systems.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Ability to learn supplier’s business and processes, technology sourced, and product families.
• Ability to concisely communicate escalations, requirements and issues to suppliers, stakeholders, peers, upper management, and customers with clarity.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, hands-on and results driven.
• Ability to influence cross functional teams including technical decision makers.
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of purchasing, supplier selection, cost analysis and negotiation.
• Work independently in fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic relationship with customer
• Support customer's day-to-day operation and shipments
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams on project managements
• Review new products from customers and liaise with cross functional teams to ensure system and process is setup and released for Operations support.
• Manage backlog, prioritize customer's needs, provide alternate and garner resources to ensure seamless operation and program execution
• Analyze and compile regular reports for management team's review
