Job summary

UCT is seeking a Customer Program Manager to ensure effective execution of all order management activities for production, new product introduction (NPI), and return material authorization (RMA) orders.

The role also covers commercial responsibilities such as timely quotes, accounts receivable, claims, and credit memos, requiring strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Must manage orders across production, NPI and RMA.
• Ability to prepare quotes and manage accounts receivable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute order management procedures across product lines.
• Coordinate with customers to obtain missing information and ensure on-time shipments.
• Support commercial activities including pricing, quotes, and claims.
