Job summary

Versatile Creation Sdn Bhd in Kulim, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead strategic programs in a high-tech manufacturing environment. You will direct cross-functional teams and key customer initiatives, driving performance and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10–15 years in manufacturing or program management, with strong process engineering experience and OSAT/IC packaging exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Leadership, or related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, or program management.
• Strong experience in process engineering and manufacturing.
• Experience in IC Substrate, HDI-PCB, Semiconductor Assembly, IC Packaging, EMS.
• OSAT experience is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.
