Job summary

Versatile Creation Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced production leader in Malaysia to oversee IC substrate and semiconductor manufacturing operations. The role focuses on achieving throughput, quality, cost, and delivery targets while driving productivity improvements and ramping up new equipment.

The candidate will monitor performance, manage resources, and ensure process standardisation with strict adherence to specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 11–15 years of experience in IC Substrate, HDI-PCB, Assembly, or IC Packaging industries.
• Strong experience in semiconductor manufacturing production management.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams and drive improvements.
• Good understanding of production processes, equipment qualification, and ramp-up activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to achieve targets in throughput, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
