Job summary

Sophic Automation in Penang, Bayan Lepas region is seeking an experienced Program Manager to plan and monitor program execution across multiple projects, manage resources, and align deliverables with strategic objectives.

You will coordinate cross-project activities, address risks, communicate with stakeholders, and help improve processes while ensuring operations are cost-effective. Proven leadership, strong communication, and knowledge of MS Office are required; SMT/PCBA exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or equivalent managerial role.
• Thorough understanding of program management techniques and methods.
• Strong knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management.
• Software knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge or exposure to SMT/PCBA and hardware validation is a plus.
