Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Program Manager to lead multiple projects across departments, ensuring timely customer resolutions, accurate RFQ processing, and smooth order fulfilment from inquiry to delivery.

You will coordinate with internal teams to verify pricing, confirm purchase orders, and drive continuous improvement while guiding day-to-day activities. The role demands proactive leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage priorities under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Program/Project Management.
• Experience in Manufacturing / EMS / Semiconductor industry preferred.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager to coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure prompt customer resolutions.
• Process customer RFQ and coordinate pricing tabulation for customer quote formulation.
• Communicate and coordinate fulfilment activities with internal departments; verify PO, pricing and related tasks in managing customer sales orders.
• Assist Program Manager to ensure customer satisfaction through fulfilling requests and sustaining continuous improvement.
• Handle day-to-day activities and responsibilities assigned by Program Manager.
• Demonstrate computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to lead, manage, and negotiate with staff at all levels.

I. Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
