Job summary

Exentec is seeking experienced Production and Yard Supervisors to oversee daily fabrication and assembly activities for DfMA/OSM modular systems supporting data centre projects. You will report to the Workshop Construction Manager and drive production efficiency, quality standards and safe execution on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates have hands-on shop-floor leadership, strong knowledge of fabrication processes, and a proven track record of meeting production targets while coordinating multiple

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of supervisory experience in prefabrication workshops, heavy manufacturing, modular construction, or multi-trade MEP projects.
• Hands-on experience managing shop-floor workers and production activities.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, quality control, and workplace safety practices.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and achieve production targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fabrication and assembly of modular MEP racks, including piping, cable trays, ducting, and fire protection systems.
• Lead and coordinate daily shop-floor activities to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• Monitor workmanship standards, productivity, and tool/equipment utilization.
• Conduct dimensional checks, interface verifications, and quality inspections throughout fabrication.
• Coordinate yard staging, material handling, and module preparation prior to dispatch.
• Support workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with established procedures.
