Job summary
PELTECH FILTRATION SDN BHD in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a motivated Production Engineer / Project Engineer to join its growing fabrication and manufacturing team. You will plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production activities and ensure targets are achieved on time.
You will monitor progress, resolve delays, and coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics to ensure material availability.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical / Engineering Technology or related engineering field.
- Experience with metal fabrication and reading fabrication drawings.
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and deadline-driven.
- Ability to interpret fabrication drawings and specs.
- AutoCAD experience preferred.

- Monitor manpower efficiency and productivity

About you
Degree in Mechanical / Engineering Technology, or related engineering field
Experienced and good understanding in metal fabrication, able to read, interpret, modify, and produce engineering/fabrication drawing using AutoCad
Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
Responsible, proactive and able to work according to project deadlines
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and fabrication specifications
Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues related to fabrication, machining, welding, or assembly
