Job summary

INSPUR COMMUNICATION MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead the planning and execution of MEP production plans for data center projects in Cyberjaya.

You will coordinate across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and BMS, review drawings for compliance, supervise installation and commissioning, and mentor project teams. This role requires a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree with 8–10 years in MEP construction management, including 3–5

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years MEP construction management experience, with 3–5 years in data center projects.
• Knowledge of data center MEP systems and standards (Tier III/IV, Uptime Institute, GB50174, TIA-942).
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement MEP production plans and schedules across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and BMS.
• Review design and shop drawings for compliance; ensure quality, testing and commissioning requirements are met.
• Supervise MEP installation, testing and commissioning; manage manpower, equipment and materials; ensure safety compliance.

• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams; prepare progress reports and lead coordination meetings.
