Job summary

Fraser & Neave (F&N) seeks a dedicated production associate to ensure daily targets are met with consistent quality and efficient use of materials within GMP guidelines.

You will demonstrate technical understanding, machine handling, and adherence to standard operating procedures to keep equipment in good condition and production lines running smoothly in a beverage environment.

Qualifications

• GMP, HACCP and weekly sanitation knowledge relevant to beverage manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices in a beverage production environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the overall understanding in technique, principle, procedure, parameters concern.
• Demonstrate the proper preparation, handling of machine / equipment.
• Demonstrate the proper execution in performing tasks as indicated by good practice, OPLs and WI.
• Able to perform preliminary troubleshoot in resolving operational issues by conducting root cause analysis and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Able to perform quality control inspection tasks as per quality plan.
• Producing Good Quality Products.
• Support overall operation by implementing cost efficiency or cost reduction initiative(s) for Syrup Yield, Full Products Rejection and Material Usage.
• Maintain safe and clean workplace by identifying Unsafe Act & Unsafe Condition towards Zero Accident.
• Maintain all plant equipment’s , machines and accessories in good condition in order for production to meet targets ( quality and Quantity) and ensure at alltimes line was in good condition.
• Implementing preventative maintenance methods.
