This working conditions - 12 hours shift and 6 days per week. (Monday-Saturday)
The Operator is the owner of equipment and results within area who safely operates and does basic maintenance the line/area according to standards.
Safely operates, cleans, inspects, lubricate and runs minimum maintenance and quality checks in order to deliver core shift and area Key Performance Indicators - KPIs and actively eradicates losses and defects.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety Health and Environment:
- Delivers a Safety Health and Environment culture and role model behaviors by following safety procedures, using Personal Protective Equipment – PPE and works calm and orderly
- Follow the safety instructions and work safely & orderly using as an example Lock Out Tag Out Test Out – LOTOTO
- Delivers a Safe and Healthy work environment by knowing the work related hazards and safety instructions
- Leads incident investigations and confronts unsafe conditions and behaviours immediately. Solves safety issues directly or through escalation
- Participate in Risk Assessment process as required
- Cooperates with team to keep work place safe, clean and well ordered. Helps colleagues to work safely
- Escalates and implements solutions to impact risks in ergonomics and working conditions
- Reports any unsafe situation, substandard, near miss, incident or defect
- Does not endanger himself or any other person under any circumstance: we work safely or we do not work
- Stops work when safety is at risk or when in doubt how to proceed safely and involves shift leader
- Active participation in Safety discussion during Operations Performance Meetings Structure – Toolbox meetings
- To conduct daily housekeeping and maintain cleanliness in work area all the times.
Quality:
- Delivers a Quality culture and role model behaviors. Responsible for Quality requirements and legislation implementation and complies to legal and corporate standards & policies
- Reports issues and adherence to quality systems and processes
- Escalates and implement solutions to impact Quality losses
- To ensure all the equipments (e.g. tank, filter bag) are cleaned every shift (depend on the process requirements) or if necessary including the CIP
- Performs Quality checks according to local procedure
Delivery & Cost:
- Implements autonomous maintenance ensuring area of ownership is within basic condition
- Implements equipment Start Up, Steady State Running & Shut Down safely according to standards with all materials required
- Implements Equipment Control such as Center lining & Run to Target
- Understands Normal / Abnormal running to deliver right quality. Follows local production area standards and policies, reports issues and adherence to production systems and processes to ensure timely decision making & escalation
- Performs production checks according to local procedure
- Reports and provides feedback on trial performance
- Uses Manufacturing Operating System - MOS tools as a daily routine to ensure key KPIs delivery that contributing to Compelling Business Need – CBN and Champions 1 Manufacturing Operating System - MOS tool
- Participates in Operations Performance Meetings Structure - Ensure information transfer between the shifts
- Creates and transfers knowledge of standards
- Improves/updates standards
- Eradicates losses, identifies and executes actions on deviation from basic conditions
- Suggests and implements improvement ideas
- Keeps records updated

- Academic Program: Preference for candidates with a SPM/ technical certification.
- Experienced: At least 2 years working experience in relevant experience.
- Skillset:
- Having basic technical knowledge.
- Knowledge in MS Office is advantages.
- Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
