Job summary

GBM ELECTRONICS (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Technician to operate production test equipment, troubleshoot defects, and support EMS manufacturing in Perak.

You will monitor test performance, drive yield improvement, maintain 5S and a safe environment, and collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams on NPI testing and ISO QMS compliance. Experience in electronics manufacturing and English/Mandarin communication is valued.

Qualifications

• STPM / Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in test engineering.
• Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.
• Able to evaluate product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Good communication in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

STPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related field

Minimum 1 year working experience in test engineering

Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment

Able to evaluate product quality and manufacturing processes

Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken & written)

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and teamwork skills

Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
