Job summary

HFC Tech Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Production Operator to operate production machinery according to SOPs, perform daily production tasks, and meet daily targets. You will conduct basic quality inspections, record output and downtime data, assist in machine setup and minor maintenance, and report abnormalities or safety concerns promptly.

• Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent; technical or vocational qualifications are an added advantage.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to operate production machinery or willing to learn.
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
• Able to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from China would be an added advantage.
