Job summary

Rongta Technoloogy is seeking a production supervisor to lead daily line operations and efficiently allocate tasks and manpower. You will oversee production staff, monitor attendance and discipline, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Responsibilities include assigning workers to stations per the production plan, maintaining progress, training new staff, enforcing safety and company rules, and coordinating with QC to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, production team leadership, supervisory roles, or manufacturing-related positions preferred.
• Ability to manage and supervise on the production floor effectively.
• Responsible, hardworking with leadership skills to handle issues independently.
• Willing to follow company management and production arrangements with good communication and teamwork.
• Must be able to communicate in Malay, Chinese and English in daily work.
• Able to work in a factory environment and adapt to a 5.5-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily management of the production line, including proper allocation of production tasks and manpower.
• Manage production employees and monitor attendance, work discipline, work performance, and productivity.
• Assign employees to appropriate workstations according to the production plan and ensure production targets are completed on time.
• Monitor production progress and employees' work operations on the production floor, and promptly address any issues that arise during production.
• Train and guide new employees to ensure they are familiar with work procedures and company rules and regulations.
• Ensure employees comply with work discipline, safety requirements, and company policies and procedures.
• Report production progress, manpower status, and any abnormalities or issues on the production floor to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Work closely with QC and other departments to resolve quality, manpower, and production issues that arise during the production process.
• Maintain proper order and a clean working environment on the production floor to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
• Perform other production management duties as assigned by the supervisor.

任职要求 | Job Requirements

有生产管理、生产班长、组长或制造业相关工作经验者优先。
Candidates with experience in production management, production team leadership, supervisory roles, or manufacturing-related positions will be preferred.

具备一定的员工管理及现场管理能力，能够合理安排及监督员工工作。
Good employee and production floor management skills, with the ability to effectively assign and supervise employees' work.

工作认真负责、有领导能力，能够独立处理生产现场问题。
Responsible, hardworking, and possesses leadership skills with the ability to independently handle production floor issues.

能够服从公司管理及生产安排，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
Willing to follow company management and production arrangements, with good communication and teamwork skills.

必须能够使用马来文、中文及英文进行日常沟通。
Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, and English for daily work communication.

能够适应工厂生产环境及5.5天工作制度。
Able to work in a factory production environment and adapt to a 5.5-day work week.
